Go from best-kept secret to go-to voice in Q1 2026
Too many strong speakers are still treated as “best-kept secrets”: great talks, weak pipeline. On stage, they deliver. Off stage, they’re still introduced as “great at what they do”, not as the go-to voice in their space. No clear talk titles. No sharp speaker profile. No outbound plan. Result: warm applause, cold pipeline.

Over the past year, I’ve been working 1:1 with people like Rutger de Graaf, Baassit Saadiqui, Harry Waterstone, Carlos Cantú, Jon Bockelmans-Evans, Tom Palmaerts and others on exactly that gap: turning a strong story into a bookable proposition that decision-makers can actually say yes to.

• work strictly 1:1
• cap it at 5 trajectories per quarter
• use a proven structure I’ve already tested with multiple speakers
Practical details:
• Duration: 12 weeks (3 months)
• Completion: your trajectory is finished by the end of Q1 2026 (end of March)
• Format: 1:1 online (video calls + async feedback)
• Sessions: 6 deep-dive calls, plus feedback on your talks, positioning and copy in between
End result:
– a refined, credible speaker profile
– polished marketing and sales assets
– a clear plan to grow visibility, impact and revenue
We can work in English, Spanish or Dutch - whatever lets you think and create at your best.
The people who get the most from this are not celebrities or hype-chasers. They’re solopreneurs, experts and changemakers who are already excellent at what they do and want a system, focus and hard work to match it with commercial traction.
Investment:
The standard fee for this trajectory is €2,400 excl. VAT (approx. £2,100).
